Yahweh decides he wants to start sending dreams to earth to multiple people at one. His "Dreamers" (Heavenites who deliver dreams) are instructed to start delivering the same dream to more than one person in a family, then to many houses in one neighborhood, with plans to blanket whole cities with tightly knit dreams and a similar interpretations...
